Vintage Collectible Singer sewing machine model 301A in excellent condition. The Singer 301 series were the first slant-needle sewing machines. This machine was professionally overhauled by Singer in 2017, used three times in the next year and hasn't been used since. Serial number NA 201933 means it was manufactured by the Anderson Company in South Carolina between 1951 and 1953. In the 1950s, the 301A with a cabinet and all its accessories sold brand-new for $348. In today’s pricing, it would cost about $3,150. This machine is contained in a walnut cabinet with a fold-over top. It has a foot pedal, a knee control, button-hole attachment, zig-zag attachment, instruction manual, assorted bobbins and needles and a padded chair on rollers.
